Communicating and Presenting with Conviction and Confidence

Did you ever wonder what makes for a great communicator? Communication is a soft skill that requires you to have the ability to be considerate, compassionate, inclusive, empathic, understanding and clear in the words you choose. If you have often given a presentation on any given topic, and found yourself not as engaging or have you ever been present in a presentation where the presenter was less than engaging.

 

This course will teach you how to be the best you can be at communicating, and provide you with the tools and skills to enhance your communications and confidence.

Have you ever taken the time to define what leadership means to you? Sometimes its in our definition of a word that may create barriers to our success. In this course you will get to have an engaging conversation around leadership and what it means to you. You will also learn about some strategies in creating an environment that is supportive of diversity, inclusion and equity because as a leader, you understand the value of creating a safe space for others to participate in.

 

This workshop will delve into an opportunity for you to build your definition of leadership while you learn from others, and create a plan for success to implement your leadership skills in your workplace.

Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

Want to learn how to become skilled at reading other people? Learning how to increase your self-awareness can help you navigate situations and people by simply being able to read situations and people. Emotional Intelligence is a soft skill that is not taught in school, and increasing your EI allows you to begin to communicate and interact with people in a deeper and more meaningful way.

 

This course is specific to providing you with skills to navigate your workplace with a heightened level of EI so that you can continue to grow yourself and your success. You will acquire tools and knowledge in learning about yourself so that you can learn about others, and in doing so, you can be best equipped to navigate most situations with much more ease and success.
